Being a working flower farm right through to arranging and providing wedding flowers means that we deal with the whole process from start to finish. The field always has a wealth of things happening no matter what the season.

Courses at the Flower field
Pick and arrange your own bouquet - £65
Ever fancied a visit to our flower farm and getting your hands dirty? Well now you can do this with the added bonus of leaving with a beautiful bunch of flowers that you have arranged yourself.
Don’t worry if you are not sure how to pick or arrange a bouquet of flowers, as Gemma will be there to guide you right through from start to finish.

Flower focus - Dahlia Masterclass - £160
Dahlias have long been a firm favourite in the cut flower world and for good reason. They offer amazing variety and explosions of colour from mid summer right through to the end of the season.
This day course covers all aspects of working with dahlias. From selecting your varieties and what to look for when doing so. You will learn how to propagate, plantout, winterising tubers and divide them up . Right through to how to work with them in floral designs and bouquets.
Back to the studio you will create your own floral design centrepieces using what you have picked.
This course includes:

- Selecting your variety, colour and shape
- Preparing and Planting
- Growing and caring - Pinching, staking, supports and love!
- Picking - stages of harvest
- Conditioning
- Arranging in bouquets
- What other flowers compliment and are blooming at the same time.

No need to bring any food we will have lunch covered with a home cooked vegan meal.
